- 2 oz Salt City Vodka
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 2 muddled slices of grilled Peach
- 1 oz Coriander Honey*
*Coriander Honey: Boil 1 ½ cups water with cracked Coriander Seeds for 10 minutes.
Remove from heat, add 1 ½ cups Honey, stirring until blended. Strain out Coriander, refrigerate for up to 3 weeks.
