We especially love this Utah-inspired cocktail because the abundance of the ingredients here in the valley. Blackberries and mint literally grow right in our backyard, in fact, more than we can even eat each season – so we drink them instead!
- 1 ½ oz Salt City Vodka
- ½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- ½ oz Simple Syrup
- Hard Shake 4-5 ripe BlackBerries and 3-4 Mint Leaves over ice. Strain into a Cocktail glass and garnish.
