Bloody Mary Pitcher

  • 10 oz Salt City Vodka
  • 16 oz Tomato Juice
  • 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 oz Tabasco
  • 1 tbs Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 tbs Horseradish
  • 2 tbs Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tsp Celery Salt
  • 1 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 2 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
  • 2 tsp Fresh Black Pepper

 

The perfect foundation recipe can be easily added to for delicious and distinct variations:

Maple Bacon Mary:  In empty glass, muddle 1 cooked bacon strip, 2 basil leaves, 1 tsp of maple syrup, 1 tsp of hot water (to thin syrup viscosity).  Ice and fill with Bloody Mix, roll, enjoy.  I garnished mine with cheese and bacon to be healthy.  Have one more before your nap. 

Pickled Mary:  In an iced glass, add 1 oz Pickle Juice, fill with Bloody Mix and stir well.   Pickled Garnishes give a beautiful bite between sips.  Learn how.

Smoking Mary: In an iced glass, add 4-7 drops of  Liquid Hickory Smoke.  Fill with Bloody Mix, stir.   When overly ambitious or trying to impress, grill your garnishes – it takes the experience to a new level.   Yesterday’s BBQ leftovers work too.

Peppered Mary:  In empty glass, muddle 1″ red jalepeno (w/ seeds for extra kick), plus a pinch of cayenne pepper.   Ice and fill with Bloody Mix, roll, wait for your eyes to start watering.
